OnDemand Retrieve Mailbox Database & File Recovery is a service that has been designed to allow critical data that cannot be restored through standard backup or replication solutions to be retrieved through the utilities and expertise available at OnDemand Recovery.

Provisioned as an online service we can provide the retrieval of over forty different data types ranging from mailboxes and databases through to individual files, even including recovery of corrupted data sources in some instances.

OnDemand Retrieve is available is under a standard service level of 72 hours turnaround, or as an express service with a 24 hour turnaround. If we are unable to retrieve the data or convert the file then no charge is made.

Advanced Recovery is required is certain circumstances usually related to corrupt Microsoft based email files. We will make contact before carrying out any advanced recovery work to identify that an Advanced Recovery is required and present a fee for the work.
