The OnDemand Backup services are provided across three separate, geographically dispersed locations, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and Maidenhead.

The Peterborough facility is a dedicated, secure and resilient recovery services data centre that houses 800 workplace recovery positions. The two further facilities carry ISO 9001 (SP240314) quality, ISO 27001 (SP240383) Information security and ISO 14001 (SP240352) environmental management accreditations, N+1 Power up to 1.5megawatt with a substation onsite, N+1 generators and N+1 UPS systems.

The ISO facilities also have up to 6 levels of physical security, including secure perimeter fencing with anti-tailgate measures, and electronic access controls within the facilities, and resilient telecoms services that include triangulated high bandwidth, a 20GB ethernet ring that incorporates London data centres and GEO dark fibre.
