The Workplace Recovery service provides desk, telephony, IT desktops and Internet access for re-located staff. Workplace Recovery from OnDemand is comprehensively packaged within a Service Level Agreement and Business Continuity Plan that incorporates the re-direction of voice and data services, defines user access to recovered workloads and how the replacement systems are made fully operational once the invocation period ends. When used in-conjunction with OnDemand Backup, OnDemand VM and OnDemand Replication for the recovery of virtual workloads and user data, a rapid recovery plan can be implemented with the minimum of disruption, allowing users to relocate and resume working as quickly as possible following a disaster scenario
